We recently had our deck redone by Steve and his terrific crew and we could not be happier with the outcome. The team is a terrific group who are friendly, hard working, and thoughtful, often making an effort above what we would ever expect. Our deck looks immaculate thanks to their craftsmanship and attention to detail that they gave to every aspect of the job. We have already received countless compliments on how high end the deck looks, and we feel great knowing that we have a sturdy and beautiful place for our family to safely enjoy. I hired Lakeside for two different major home projects. The first was converting a standard detached garage into an office and guest bedroom and bathroom. This was completed in fall 2021. I hired Lakeside again in summer 2022 to convert an attic into a bedroom. On both projects, the owner-contractor walked me through the project thoroughly, provided accurate estimates, and was responsive to feedback. He was open to requests and doing custom work, but most importantly he was realistic throughout and never overpromised or underdelivered. We love these two updates to our home. We’d certainly use Lakeside for future projects.
